The most common Injuries we treat
Our multi-disciplinary approach helps to treat injuries sustained through work, sports participation, or other physical activities so the individuals can regain normal pain-free mobility and strength. The primary goal is to return to pre-injury activities, whether the individual is a professional, amateur, or casual player, or a grandparent with stiff joints and muscles.
The most common injuries treated by sports rehabilitation therapists are sprains and strains. A sprain is an injury to the ligaments caused by overstretching or tearing. A strain, on the other hand, is an injury or tear to the muscle itself.
The most common issues that we deal with are:
- Neck, and shoulder pain
- Muscle Strain/Pulled Muscle
- Ankle Sprain
- Knee injuries
- Meniscus/Cartilage Tear
- Hip injuries
- Lower back pain
- Sciatica
